To redo

I’m officially back and have a new site! Enjoy :)

I found this elephant and tray on a recent trip to the Salvation Army and immediately saw spray paint in their future.

This poor elephant has had a lot of bad luck; in his short time with me he broke a tusk and one of his ears off. Luckily through the magic of spray paint those accidents aren’t so noticeable and he’s now a glossy white.

The tray was spay-painted white and I taped it off to create a chevron design with black and gold. It now sits on our drink cart.

Two easy projects for around $10.

I've always enjoyed making things by hand and used to pore over my mother's issues of Martha Stewart Living. This is a space for me to share my joy of making in all it's forms.
